while clip this page into markdown using maoxian, the output md file's formula is not correct.

Sorry, I can't understand. What did you mean not correct. From the screenshot that you provided I can only see some formulas didn't render. Oh, and some fomula blocks should be wrapped in $$..$$ rather $..$ . Is this the problem?

some in line fomula should be wraped in $...$ instead of $$...$$

just comment:

the first formula is standalone formula, should be quoted with $$
the second formula is also standalone, should be quoted with $$

So, you are right, they are standalone formula, should be wrapped with $$.
my first answer is no correct.

The fixed version is V0.4.32. You don't need to update the native app.

By the way, if you use MaoXian with Obsidian, you don't need to install Native App at all. See this article

Er.., It seems like there's not standard about writing formulas in markdown? I thought that it's $$FORMULA$$. After test the formula block with different wrapper on different markdown editor, i found that there's always something different between the render.

As for the formulas that ends with \\, This was added by MathJax (A JS library) on ZhiHu pages, not by MaoXian. I tested these formulas in some markdown editors, some of them can render correctly. So i don't think it needs to be removed.

I have add a new config item to MaoXian, it allows users to config the formula block wrapper, so that the saved markdown can be rendered in their markdown editor.

Please update MaoXian. The new version is V0.4.33.
