What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. .BMS file to be loaded in specified directory
2. nacatrans.cfg for restranscoder
3. run nacatrans
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
.res file to be created corresponding to BMS file.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
base version
