Fast flag person as arrived mode

Be nice to have a feature that meant that you pressed a key to mark an arrival and entered the pay amount if they were due to pay, then it automatically saves them as having arrived today.

Dropped. Improved navigation to edit screen makes this easy enough in BAMS 2.0.
