We faced w/ a bug when sometimes when the file contains heavy pages (or in other cases), the page can flips if you switch too fast. I believe this is related w/ canvas...

Seems to be this a Chrome bug. I read about this in some pdf.js issue

Yeah I'm thinking this might be an upstream bug. Let's see if this happens with our new fixes we just made to improve our fast flipping logic.
