Submitted Icon if required work is turned in

For some projects, the student must upload files in order to do the assignment. When these files are uploaded, the assignment still looks as if it is incomplete as nothing changes on the assignments page. The program should recognize that the student has submitted a file, or even a file with the correct name/extension, along with the journal (if it is required) and display in the assignments page some type of indicator that the assignment has been completed but is awaiting grading.
