bullet lists with - are not rendered correctly

Output of a list with - prints out as - instead of a bullet
Output with a list of * prints out * instead a bullet

tables also seem to render incorrectly. I am trying to render the body from my latest release in app.

I have tried with all of it being passed to the content of the Markdown composable, and splitting it by line breaks and calling a Markdown composable for each line. Both don't render the bullets, or tables
