What are some features that I'd like to see in this bot?
- access levels (admin, mod, ignored, etc)
- banlist (automatically ban spammers, or maybe +q them? Safer?)
- ability to tell bot to join/part channels
- giphy support
- convert console logger to a plugin
- create way to add "plugins"
- ...build plugin architecture :)
