Consider adding PHPUnit

As title, I think it's good to use the PHPUnit to do unit tests for this repository :).

I will do that if repository owner accepted by @mikeshiyan.

It's a single-function library, it is manually tested with one call from terminal. There are other bigger and cooler libraries out there which require tests, really.
