  • Remote OS: WinXP
  • Remote files: plain-text (*.txt)
  • Issue of reproduction : Can not reproduction this issue after remote files have been copied to dev/lab machines
  • Exception message:
'utf-16-le' codec can't decode bytes in position xxx-yyy: illegal UTF-16 surrogate
