Players are able to switch their assigned roles

Describe the bug
Players can cycle switch roles/teams they are assigned to.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Join the game with !join
2. Leave the game with !leave
3. Rejoin with !join
4. Repeat until desired role

Expected behavior
Players can only get one assigned role per game.
