Describe the bug
Reddit rate limit is preventing the bot from making announcement to all users.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Use a command that broadcasts to all users.
Expected behavior
The bot used to be able to send messages without being blocked.
Describe the solution you'd like
Change to comment announcements.
