clang-format not recognized on Windows 10

Unknown formatter type clang-format.exe
Currently only these formatters are supported: clang-format, yapf, uncrustify, astyle, indent, tidy, scalariform, scalafmt, rfmt, rustfmt
I've tried adding clang-format to PATH and reinstalling whatstyle, but it just won't work...
