Fix the action buttons in backend lists

The action buttons in backend lists are incomplete and messily placed. Goal:

• The buttons are well-aligned
• Each list has at least view and edit, unless unreasonable to have

This concerns Group, Character, PointInTime, and Game first, but may be extended to everything that applies.
