Organize recipes in the README

Right now it's just a big list of files, which is not great. It would be nice to have the recipes split up into categories like breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, etc. And if I move all the files to something like a src/ directory (or maybe markdown/?), that should help organize and de-clutter the code as well.
