How to reference json schema specification?

The reference for [jsonschema] is http://json-schema.org. Digging further, it appears to be referencing draft-handrews-json-schema-00. As is, we will likely have to change that reference. We can't use the json-schema.org URL as a normative reference for a standards track document, because that won't be considered a stable reference. Likewise, draft-handrews-json-schema-00 might be an issue because that's an individual, informational draft -- this standards track document can't cite an informational draft as a normative reference without an approved exception.
