Firefox only supports DNS over HTTPS, see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/dns-over-https-doh-faqs#w_why-is-firefox-implementing-doh-and-not-dot
You have DoH set up and working with Cloudflare servers, no change is needed.
