[Packaging request] Flatpak package on Flathub.org

Some of the Linux distribution packages of MilkyTracker are very far out of date or don't include all the sample songs. Having a Flatpak that can pull updates more directly from the developers would make it easier to run newer versions, or to enable people who can't use a C compiler to run it on distributions that don't package it at all.

This can be handy indeed. Im running milkytracker on a chromebook, which fits into that category.
Some repositories use the github/gitlab/circleci/travisci for compiling attaching binaries-zips to the repo (downloadable as releases)..maybe a flatpak-agnostic is easier to achieve the same result?
