Can I publish MilkyTracker on flathub?

I have made a flatpak package for MilkyTracker here. Can I publish it on flathub?

One important question to answer here would be if @eduardosm is actually up for the task of maintaining package beyond the initial submission, i.e. take care of updating it everytime there's a MilkyTracker update. Because having an outdated package isn't going to be useful to anyone either* - something that can be avoided by having an official maintainer of MilkyTracker also maintaining the Flatpak package, but given the low activity around the project in general, I doubt there's anyone up for the task.

* (we currently have this problem with someone who submitted OpenMPT to the Microsoft store, isn't updating it and Microsoft doesn't do anything about it despite us contacting them twice about this issue)
