Travis-CI no longer working / Move to Github Actions

This was used to test builds on MacOS, but as of 2020 it is no longer offering free services for open source projects.
GitHub actions looks like a good free alternative.
We're also using Appveyor to test the Windows and Linux builds, GitHub actions could probably replace this also.
