Feedback welcome, feel free to add line items, edit amounts etc.
I'd be keen on migrating away from google in favour of maybe hosting this on /site at some point, as we're doing fairly simple addition, subtraction, and multiplication to produce the budget. Perhaps this could be something @nijynot would be interested in taking a stab at?
