Generate a fake invoice that cover all extracted fields of v3 for tests and to add as an example developers can use to follow the documentation

I created a bug in Product Board https://mindee-inc.productboard.com/insights/notes/all-notes/notes/22393610 and @EmmanuelleThomas is looking at it with @AbdelfattahSekak since all the data are extracted now, but the bbox are out of sync with the data, so I prefer we wait to use it since it doesn't look good when you use the Computer Vision SDK or the live interface.
