Need to define a good way to add custom generators for new terms. Probably should use a protocol. Should try to make all schema extensions work a similar way. Nesting declarations in a schema call feels a bit strange. That

v 0.7.0-alpha1 has a protocol for extensible generators. Details are still under development.
