Active volcanoes probably should not generate with a forest inside them

The nearest volcano is at (-671, 58, 647) (incidentally - why are all volcanoes in lines?)
Depending on the random spread of fire, it may leap the rim near (-650,, 650) and set the entire surrounding forest on fire.
