Project generator still specifies minSdkVersion for Android module in Manifest

The most recent project generator version creates a Manifest with minSdkVersion (that info should be in gradle script file). In fact Android Studio generates errors about it with some suggested actions to resolve the problem. That's very easy to do, but it's a bit boring that a just created project needs some tweaks before first run.
