MVP Plan for the Client script.
Following the wireframes from our [Design Documentation] the MVP push is to get the three styles and initial functionality.

General
- Create 3 chat styles (Float, Messanger, Sidepanel)
- Create message list component
- Create input component
- Send and recieve messages through socket connection
- On load create socket connection with API server
- Close state
- Start in closed state (#19)
