Weird update for a supposedly archived project.
This implies that OpenAI may stop hosting the weights on Google, so a change in hosting would be relevant.
Given that hosting-on-Google is the secret to fast loading on Colab via aitextgen(tf_gpt2="124M"), I do not want to make this change unless necessary.

Looks like this indeed happened. Will fix the URL (and discourage the 1.5B model)
