Merge all projects when projects are enabled

Merge all projects when projects are enabled

Using changie merge when projects are enabled should merge all projects.
Remove the --project option as it is not necessary
Create an example vhs script for how to use projects ( will be a bit longer then the others )

I think it is probably ok to un-preview the projects after this change. Have not really gotten any feedback on it up to this point other then this one.
