send-money-to-prisoner.service.gov.uk was migrated to Cloud Platform a long time ago.
DNS is now managed by Cloud Platform, and the top level domain appears to have been delegated at the GDS end.
There appears to be no trace of the NS records in the legacy zone. This zone can be removed from DNS-IAC.
