Game Starts with Error Message

The game starts up with an error but still plays, not sure what actually is the issue, I know it's definitely Bannerlord tweaks that is the issue, if I disable it, I have no error message. I have no mods that are incompatible with Bannerlord Tweaks, I've been running the same collection of mods for 2 months.
I also have this problem, whatmore, I noticed that none of the tweaks work.
There was a new bannerlord version recently, I guess tweaks mod needs to release a new version optimized to the update of the main game.
I'm still getting this error, even with just Bannerlord Tweaks and modlibs enabled. I've done all the troubleshooting from the nexus page.
Confirmed, error still happens. The game also crashes later on, will open other bug ticket for that.
i get this same message, and the game still plays, however, when i load up a game or start a new one it works until i move AT ALL on the map and then the game immediately crashes. i also have done all the troubleshooting. im using the stable 1.5.2, should i move down to an earlier branch?
Running Bannerlord version 1.5.3. I cannot get Bannerlord Tweaks and Modlib to start. I get the following error message.
