I suggest that Info: vitc_tc_ub issue. and <Nak Response> could be moved to verbose and to remove the line break before UserBits.

Often I see the user bit value depicted in ASCII so we get some random characters there. Could we keep in hex format with colon delimiters per byte (similar to timecode). Let's also reference as UB, so:
