Idea: Add the ability to export only reviewed strings using the CLI

Any string that isn't marked as reviewed in a given language could then either be excluded from the file entirely, or it could fall back to the default language configured for the project.

This feature would allow constant updates to the language data in the final application, but without the concern of potentially including unfinished translations.
