Naming of time slots

The new text says:

0500 ("Asia"), 1200 ("Europe"), or 2100 ("North America") UTC

This is based on the noon starting time. However, you could also see this as starting 5/6am at the local time and then it would be

0500 ("Europe"), 1200 ("North America"), or 2100 ("Asia") UTC

So not sure if adding these label like this really makes sense or it merely confusing...
