compatibility with live preview

Using the setting to open on preview opens it in a non-editable preview mode—would be nice to have an option to open it in live edit preview

I'm not an Obsidian Insider, so unfortunately compatibility with Live Preview isn't really possible right now. I definitely plan to implement it once it's released to the general public though, so I'll keep the issue open until that happens.
