Windows / docker: video stops after 30 seconds

Describe the bug

I installed the Mirotalk SFU on Windows /Docker, as per #99 (comment)

I'm using the latest docker, and running docker-compose up fails, unless I comment out these 2 lines:
#volumes:
# - ./app/src/config.js:/src/app/src/config.js:ro

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Installed MIrotalk SFU, as per what I said above
2. Open https://localhost:3010 in Chrome
3. Join the default room, set up my webcame, click 'Join'
4. Everything works perfectly (I see my webcam) for about 30 seconds. At which point, the screen becomes black (and the webcam led turns off, as to say it's not used anymore)

Note that when I join this: https://sfu.mirotalk.com/join?room=test&roomPassword=0&name=mirotalksfu&audio=0&video=0&screen=0&notify=0, the app works correctly (webcam doesn't turn off after 30 secs)
