Link URL might be displayed as the 'Read more' link

The templates currently do a check to see if the field_link title is the same as the URL, and if so revert back to using the default 'Read more' text. If the URL is quite long, however, the title is actually truncated (first 80 characters plus 3 dots) so they don't match and the truncated URL is displayed instead. It needs to check whether the first 80 characters match instead.
