Upload button always results in timeout

Not sure if server issue?

Seems to always timeout in the dorm. Reached out to ResNet.

Works in dorm, but only over Ethernet.

Switched to port dynamic 50723 (only potentially occupied by CMC) in 853d6bc. Still does not appear to work on dorm WiFi.

Identified to be SafeConnect error (restricted to dorm Wi-Fi. Ethernet does not use SafeConnect). Does it allow HTTP POST requests?
