Bump Moment.js and other dependencies to latest versions

Hey y'all, I love love love Dataset. One issue I've ran into though is that it's using a fairly old version of Moment.js, so some new features and plugins are incompatible with Dataset.
Is there any roadmap for bumping the dependencies to the latest versions? I can try and take a stab myself just to keep things up-to-date.
