- I can click on squares to win bingo without having to wait on the squares to be announced.
- I can't play again after the game is over.
Did a message pop up telling you that you won and the bingo caller stopped showing new numbers? That is how you know that you won.
In bingo you are allow to check off any number you want, it is when you verify with the announcer, they check whether you won or not. In this game, clicking on the yell bingo button verifies whether or not you have Bingo.
The message that I won did pop up after clicking on any square to make bingo. And I did click yell bingo after clicking on the squares. That's win the you won box came up.
i think a way to "pause" the game would be helpful. i'm testing this at work and people kept talking to me, so i missed a few numbers.
i'd also like a "play again" option.
i don't understand why the word "computer" is a button. is there an action associated with it?
@timsenft there is no pause in "live action" bingo. Play again option will be added soon. The word being "computer" being a button was only out of tiredness. I just wanted to get it functioning correctly then i will go back and make certain features more usable. Thanks for testing!
@cdlampley Someone else mentioned something similar, but I see they are different issues. Thanks for the screen shot; that helped. I fixed the problem, I just haven't pushed the changes yet. Thanks!
I think there should be a starting screen (or a modal) where all it says is "Start Game" or something like that. Having the copy "Press Start to Play" with a button under the table is redundant. It also took me a second to find the button.
I agree with the "play again" option!
It is quite fast - I didn't realize that the numbers were being called while I was looking for the current number on my card. Maybe just slow it down a little? Live bingo has sound so you can look for a number while hearing the next one. It's a bit different when it's all visual.
@mellowbeing thanks for testing. My sister-in-love mentioned adding instructions and Jenny mentioned adding sound. The play again feature is coming. I have some weird browser specific bugs to fix first and optimizing for mobile.
