Just for information:
I've started work to convert this dissector into a native Wireshark dissector.
Commit is currently under review at https://code.wireshark.org/review/#/c/36901/

DLEP dissector has been merged into Wireshark master and will be included in next major release 3.4.
In the meantime it is available as a nightly build at https://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/
