Trying to set up not working

Hi,

I cloned the project and try to run. When running npm install it only installs a few files. Is this correct.

I have latest NODE and Typescript installed globally.

When I try to build in Vs2015 U3 I get the error

I fixed the "tsc.exe" exited with code 1.
I installed TypeScript 2.0.6 from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48593
