Bigquery table_list is empty

When I run the following line of code:
edx2bigquery daily_logs --tlfn=/edx/var/log/tracking/tracking.log-20180206-1517905021.gz --year2

I get an error:

[bqutil] get_tables: oops! dataset=MH__cs102__2018_T1_logs, no table info in {

The error occurs at

When I go to bigquery in my gcp, it shows the dataset MH__cs102__2018_T1_logs, but without any tables.

Do I need to run a specific command to setup bigquery first? I just assumed this command would copy the necessary data to bigquery.
