Include external courses and programs in the Prolearn Catalog

As an xPRO site user, I’d like to be able to see all available courses including those from external partners such as Simplilearn and Emeritus when I am browsing on the Prolearn catalog (https://prolearn.mit.edu/). This will allow me to sign up to courses that were not originally visible on the Prolearn site.

As a salesperson / marketer, I’d like to be able to refer users to Prolearn and be rest assured that all courses from xPRO including both internally and externally created ones will be listed and visible.
