Keycloak integration - profile data UX

As a user, when I update my information within Open Discussions, I expect that the associated information is updated in Keycloak

Designs and Mockups

1. The developer should consider how we will handle user fields that can be updated from within Keycloak or Open Discussions.
2. The developer should ensure that there is no way for information to be out of sync between Keycloak and Open Discussions in the event of a failed HTTP request or other issue.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Users are able to update their profile information either within Keycloak or within Open Discussions.
• Users are able to navigate to the location where they can update their profile information from Open Discussions.

Based on the conversation here (https://mitodl.slack.com/archives/G5RHT8GDD/p1697202105623489). None of the profile information (full name), if changed in Open Discussions, will override the information that is in Keycloak. Closing as no further work is needed.
