Provide Round 2 evaluation environment information, including system versions and count.

FIXED: We have added a Round 2 Environment page that reflects the current expected settings for Round 2. Environment details are subject to change. We also fixed a typo in Round 1's Environment page and refactored the Methodology/Evaluation Overview/Evaluation Process page to remove Round 1 specific details.
