Thanks for the heads up! The ATT&CK Evaluations website has moved to https://attackevals.mitre-engenuity.org. The specific page that you're looking for, which summarized the adversary emulation approach, can be found here: https://attackevals.mitre-engenuity.org/adversary-emulation.html.
