Add customizable text to be displayed after successful flag submission

This would allow challenge-specific "congratulations" text after a correct flag is submitted. It could also enable scenarios like revealing a clue for a later challenge after a prerequisite one is solved.
Challenges currently support displaying custom video links after submission, but not custom text.
