Any timetable towards Release 1.11?

I'd like to upgrade my dependency from v1.9 to the latest version (particularly as the improvement late 2018 re. SocketConfig and the addition of separate read timeout would be extremely welcome). However, the last formal release is 1.10 dated 2017. Are there any plans to tag this as a 1.11 soon as this would avoid me having to fork this and tag it myself (as I need to refer to formal versions for this particular project)? I see that there's also a plan to upgrade the dependent HTTP Client #156 so perhaps it's best to wait until this is done though.

It's been on my backlog but at least it's pretty easy. Yes #156 is low hanging fruit. I'll shoot for a release by Friday.
