Docstring updates

  • Scrub references to /tools/artifacts, particularly in the examples. The README_example_data is still referenced in the data drift example.
  • Review the docstring for {HDDDM, CDBD, HDM} while you're at it. In particular, "third 3rd" needs to be scrubbed.
  • There's also some inconsistent references to HDM vs HDDDM in the last bullet of HDDDM's documentation.
  • ADWINOutcome should make note that it's a specific implementation of the change detector in the first paragraph.
  • Double-check the changes vs. html docs.
