Fix component_admin on component cards

The listed component_admin on a component card when it displays a username just selects the first admin in the list which isn't very useful and is not clear in the UI why a particular user is listed.

This should either just be removed all together or updated to somehow allow the selection of the PoC (point of contact) even though this could just be done through component metadata.

Also sometimes this doesn't appear to find an admin to list even though one exists.
