Import Secrets from public Mitro into local Mitro

Due to your shutdown, we switched from your public server to a local instance.
When exporting the secrets to a csv, I see all the secure notes being exported as well. However, when importing them into our local Mitro instance, secure notes are not being imported.
Actually, when importing I had to choose "LastPass" as import format since there was no "Mitro" format available.
Moreover, shares are lost when importing into a new Mitro instance as well.
Are there any solutions for either problem?
